Captain Kirt is a licensed Captain with thorough knowledge of the water. He has been coming to Chincoteague island since he was a boy and has lived on Chincoteague island for years. Very excited to share his knowledge of the islands. Has worked as a waterman, crabbing, fishing, and bait fishing for commercial and recreational fishermen. Family owned local business.

Our company is named after the famous Chincoteague island Pony Riptide. A real waterman’s boat!
Carolina Skiff is a true waterman’s boat that allows us to go into areas larger boats cannot get into. This enables us to get you as close to all the wildlife and nature the islands has to offer.
